People think she doesn't know to sing. She had some good moments, but also a bad. People rather remember a bad ones.
Max Martin/Dr. Luke-type songs are limiting her. She can do a lot better than that. People are here for catchy-pop-tune, but that's it. Not everyone will invest in buying your album with those type of songs. She needs more serious songs, with stronger lyrics, great vocals, and not same, repetitive tunes. That's risky, but no risk = no gain.
Album sales suck, so I think she did good.
