Nicki doesn't rap like she used to. There's a distinct sound In the way she used to rap during her mixtape days and she doesn't rap like that anymore. So even If she did a mixtape, It won't be the same.
i can kind of see why nicki isn't fond of massive attack, it definitely has lacking features, but it's somewhat of a classic among the fans i hope she performs it one day

I'm okay with the rapping on the four first tracks of The Re-Up. I think she improved this year tbh. Her raps in Mercy/The Re-Up/I Luv Them Strippers are way better than her rapping style during PF and BMUS. Just my opinion.
