Really, I mean like "Government Hooker" and "Heavy Metal Lover". I want the music to be more of an evolution of the TFM sound like I expected from BTW, as BTW was a pretty sharp change in sound in several ways. Not that I didn't still love it, of course.

And a little imagery like the Vanity Fair shoot wouldn't hurt - but she's been doing stuff kind of like that all the time. Even her performance with the Rolling Stones is somewhat reminiscent of the Vanity Fair and Orpheum Theater looks, which I really like.

You can't blame her

I think it's just the haters who say she flopped getting to some of us; she comparatively underperformed I suppose, but it's not hard to see how big the BTW era really was if you set it side-by-side with the eras of other pop stars in the past 5 years.
