Well at least your pay slip will help slow down the rapidly increasing population in the Philippines. It's not even a burden. Let's try to help our country instead of questioning everything that they implement. I hate our president but at least he's trying to do something right. We have the money to pay taxes. Just put yourself in the shoes of the less fortunate people. I'd rather help them than contribute to the burden of our country.
