STFU crying lightning is way better than "R U Mine?" blzzzzzz
well, this year i've been really turned off about music, so, i barely know houdini... kidding, i know a few more songs, but, with the flood and the job i've got this year, i didnt have the time for nothing, including music (that's why i quit, btw).
your list is really good, 12/13 until now... but dont you dare insult Four again, ****er.
A lot of influences, a pinch of good hooks, M83’s follow-up to Midnight City is the great yet not excellent Reunion, this list wouldn't be complete without my second favorite song of the best trilogy of videos.
Crystal Castles
"Wrath of God"
Sinister, I think it is the best word to described Crystal Castles’ music, they can make even a nitendo-ish sound thilling. Alice’s endearing vocals fit perfectly with the great hooks and the powerful melody.
Fun. featuring Janelle Monáe
"We Are Young"
It screams anthemic. A more than average pop song, youthful, festive and the best: it wasn’t made to make me shake my ass on the floor. A breath of fresh air in the current mainstream music. A shame that not even Janelle could make it artistic enough to top 20.
The Shins
"Simple Song"
Wonderful melody, great lyrics and Mercer's lovely voice, definitely a must listen!
