Gaga did the FAME commercial longgggg ago like early in the year. I doubt she shot the single/album covers around that point. They probably have the concepts down and maybe they already shot them though at a later date.

I agree, maybe our Christmas surprise is the single cover artwork/date? That seems very possible as she did say we wouldn't get anything new before Christmas, which is an odd thing to say because usually you'd say before the New year.

I just double checked her schedule, she has a month break and throughout the NA leg there aren't any breaks of more than 2 days. The video is going to need to be shot this month if it hasn't already been.
