Some artists play 200 + dates and can barely cross the 200 mil line

If you have fans in less commercial countries its nice to visit these too and not only to milk the big spots. If you do so it's alright. Is it something to be proud of? not really.

Even with their final numbers Madonna will be on top with pretty much half the dates. That will be uncomfortable for some people anyway.

I wish we didn't get that show cancelled in Dallas. We would have been able to add another $2.2 million or so to the tour gross.
