According to Soundscan, Justin Bieber's "Believe", released June 19th, has sold 1,141,334 copies in the US, whereas One Direction's "Take Me Home", released November 13th, has moved 914,619 copies. HDD predicted 105-115k for 1D this week which should push them beyond 1M and there would be another 2 more weeks left before this year ends, without mentioning their debut album "Up All Night" sold nearly 1.5 million during 2012 too.

One album has been out for nearly 6 months and the other for exactly 1 month. Can Take Me Home outsell Believe before 2012 is over?
