So I was backing out my car from the parking lot and I did look and made sure there was no car. However while I was backing out, this car came out of no where, so the back of my car hit the left side of her car. she even said it herself that she was trying to pull through although she saw that my car was backing up. so whose fault is it goin to be? N this is my second accidents this week. ? the first one was my fault and the damage was about $2500. and if this one end up being my fault again, how is it going to effect my insurance rates? ooh and im a 19 year old male, well almost 20.
