Serious question...why does the kats rush on bringing the singles receipt as a standard of being Global, when there r more relevants factors that proves better AKA touring receipts, album sales, ENDORSMENT DEALS . i love katy but comparing her with someone like beyonce is like saying Flo rida is more global than U2 just because he sells more singles worldwide.
