First of all, it's sort of hard to show the exact way you're talking on the internet.
And you think i need to calm down? You're the one who's spazzing out because I was trying to get some information.I was really patient too, but I just wanted to know if he'd be ready to make it. I know he's had a great history of avatars and made them quickly for the most part, and I know he had problems with the animation shop, and I don't really how long it's going to take to fix it, so I was just trying to ask the guy politley where he was in the process.

Um, if you thought you were asking politely than you are sadly mistaken. You were very aggressive and rude about asking him. He's not obligated to make you an avatar; he is simply doing you a favor.
