What a coincidence

Very coincidental! Guess my placing for them is quite appropriate - even though I'm now regretting having WWSFtCS higher.

All pretty solid tracks, and a great variety, or at least I think so, for the opening update of the singles. "Freedom" seems to be a polarizing song, I am one of those to love it. It's very appropriately the opening track and Nicki's first of what feels like a million chart appearances. "Give Me All Your Luvin'" was an insta-fave of mine that's love died out soon, but I'm always here for the Nicki/M.I.A. verses. "Stars" could thank it's appearance to the Voice contestant, Amanda Brown, who made me fall in love with the song after a flawless performance. "R.I.P." is one of my multiple new-girl-of-2012's songs that make the list, and "Hurts Like Heaven", my immediate favorite from the new Coldplay album, charts lower than a song that grew on me over time.
If anyone can tell me how to delete the huge space between the header picture with the rest of the text, please tell me. That damn table's ruining my life.

Rita Ora, Coldplay, and Nicki
I love the Tinie Tempah feature so much better than that horrid Drake feature that they play in the U.S.

2.5/5. 0.5 for Freedom, not a big fan of this song.
RIP and Give Me All Your Luvin'. I agree with you, GMAYL got old too soon for me too.

TOP 30 ALBUMS
|
28.
"Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded", Nicki Minaj
I wasn't sure whether to include this, because the album that manages to make the list is basically the first few tracks, Va Va Voom, Whip It, and Pound the Alarm. Otherwise, I don't use the pop tracks. Nicki's second effort is pretty strong, with the album opener "Roman Holiday" being one of her best songs (hate on it!!!). The album's pretty strong up until track 9, where Lil Wayne feature "Sex In the Lounge" is the halfway point between amazing and just slightly above average. PTA, Whip It, Masquerade, and VVV are acceptable, the others, not so much. This definitely does not outweigh how much I love the hip-hop side.
Highlights: "Roman Holiday", "Beez In the Trap", "HOV Lane", "Va Va Voom"
Sidenote: This and The Re-Up are listed separately.

27.
"Unapologetic", Rihanna
Although this is by far not Rihanna's best, it's a pretty solid effort and reasonably deserves the title as her first #1 album. (But still, LOUD was snubbed!!) I'm not going to hate Rih Rih for "Nobody's Business", because the more it plays on my radio station, the more I enjoy it. The ballads of the album are by far among the best. It helps that my four favorite songs are stringed together as tracks 6-9 (then skip "NB", and play LWT!). This album finds itself in the top 30 because as much as I hate "Phresh..." (I don't understand a single word of her verses) and "Get It Over With", the strong tracks make up for it. Go Rih!
Highlights: "Jump", "Right Now", "What Now", "Stay", "Love Without Tragedy"
Sidenote: My mom hates, hates, hates the album cover. Had to make the graphics and preview this post without her looking. (I shouldn't even be back home yet anyways!!!)
