I preferred her last album to her first two which she shouted on a lot. Most of Unbroken sounds really good and the collaberations on the record were probably an attempt to make her cooler and broaden her audience. Maybe she needs different producers to help her on the next release.
Selena has catchier tracks from Naturally, Like a Love Song, Who Says. Demi has a bigger voice and nice tone and a more adult sound (apart form the silly shorty track). Selena has a gorgeous tone and has got better each album with more of an electric clubbier/disco feel. Sometimes an artist just needs that global ONE song that smashes. Give Your Heart a Break was nice but I could see a greatest hits already for Selena after a couple of more albums and pick out songs, but it is hard to remember what songs have hit for Demi. I was going to say a bit of dubstep may help lol, but apparently she is sick of that all over the radio, and she is not really into trendy music.

It's the Demi stans bringing up Selena, not me. Of course the Selena stans are loving it cause you two can't miss a change to stanwar over nothing. I don't even know or care, I just remember someone posting a thread in the Charts section about Katy hitting #1 on radio disney and then I saw Demi was #16 or something.
I actually find Miley very likeable. I feel that a lot of people really like her now that she isn't seen as Hannah Montana. And she looks really good these days.

A GH album wouldn't be that far fetched for that label. Hilary Duff put out her first greatest hits album after only two albums. I kind of feel like Selena may have more "hits" than Hilary had too. And isn't Selena breaking up with her band and going solo? So the timing could be perfect lol
And they obviously don't know how to market Demi even if she was doing all the right things. GIVE YOUR HEART A BREAK, was a really great song. IMO, it could have been a #1 or close. The video came out WAY too late after it was released as a single. If it came out right away, with a good video and good promo, it could of done very well.
