At the same time she made this reputation. I'm not saying she deserved it, I'm saying she can't make this image and then act surprised people are sexually harassing her. She should know better on her part, if she did this would've been prevented even if MTV didn't change.

STOP! PAUSE! REWIND! You're not saying she deserved it, but her image and behavior was enough for people to not sexually harass, but sexually assault her? In what world is this okay or such a philosophy holds true? That's basically saying that "she's asking for it."
I've seen such counter arguments on multiple occasions that we, females, were "asking for it" with the way we dress and carry ourselves. No one is ever "asking for it" unless they verbally do so saying, "I want you" or "I want it." Tonya wasn't even given the option of stopping them because she wasn't even conscious at the time.
