IDK how I feel about that Cheryl track. Not her best. Well I understand how you feel about Lana’s album and Lana herself. The album itself has its own agenda which shines Lana as a singer. But longevity is not its best if you look more into it. Of Course you will get bored of it like some people got bored with it on the first listen. Still I enjoy the album and the individually songs as well. It’s better to separate than to conjoint if you not a huge fan or have the patience to sit though this.. MY favs tracks are Born To Die, Blue Jeans, Video Games, National Anthem, Ride, Cola, Body Electric, Blue velvet, & Bel Air. So god effort to start this thing up.
M.I.A. is one of these pretty confusing artists for me. Some days I can listen to all of her albums right the way through and enjoy it a lot. Other days I can wake up and have no urge to listen to her, how enjoyable I find her music really depends on how I feel during the day. This song is the song that kind of broke that feeling for me.
Bad Girls is something special. I guess to M.I.A. fans Bad Girls could be nothing special, from my understanding it was re-released from a mixtape or older album? Regardless, I feel Bad Girls is something accessible to the casual listener. It has a catchy hook, it's upbeat and has a good beat, and I guess it's fun. I'm impressed with this. This is almost as enjoyable as Paper Planes.

I have to be 100% honest and say for me that 'Lotus' just isn't a good effort from Christina. I was pretty hyped up for it due to the fact I enjoyed the lead single a lot, but when it got here, I found myself shrugging at most of the songs as I simply found most of the songs underwhelming. One of the songs that I found myself bopping to however was this.
Circles is something cute, it's not complex, it's not a big ballad, it doesn't show off her range, it's just something that's fun and easy to listen to. It's a simple cute pop song, which I wish was more prominent in Lotus. While it's far from the best from Lotus it easily fits into my album trinity. It has a good beat and I like the fact the chorus has a good amount of power, but isn't powerful in the sense it sounds like she's in pain when she's singing. This is a good track, and I'm impressed.

The truth of the matter is, I can't stand will.i.am. At least post The Black Eyed Peas. And even then, The E.N.D. and The Beginning are bad albums and bad efforts from them. When he release this though, it took me a while to get into, but I have to admit I love it.
Whether it be the fact he didn't actually produce it, or whether it's because Britney is on this, I really like it. It's fun to dance to. It's not the best pop song of 2012 obviously, but it's not bad. Britney's English accent is a little annoying, but regardless, this song is good.

Channel Orange is easily one of the most overrated albums of the year, I'm not saying it's bad, but I personally don't think it deserved the acclaim it's received/receiving. Only a few tracks really stood out to me, and this is one of them for sure.
Bad Religion is just gorgeous. I love the organ sounding intro and the melody is just beautiful. It's brilliantly produced and one of the best on this album. This is one of the tracks that actually shows this is a good album.

Ah, Frank Ocean again. My overall thoughts about the album are just the same as I said previously, so let me move on.
I love this track, it's really really nice. I think the melody is perfect and it's production is just right. I love how good his vocals are in this track and just in general. This track is really good, I love it.
