IT doesn't surprise me to see that JOSS STONE has topped a poll of the worst-dressed celebs.
In a strong field, the screamingly garish tones of her hair and the neon riot of clothes she picks to clash with it stands out the most.
The Devon-born soul diva used to have an attractive if slightly hippyish look.
It seems she is still going through that difficult teenage phase.
Joss beat other stars KELLY CLARKSON, KIMBERLY STEWART and BRITNEY SPEARS to the title.
The poll was done by US magazine In Touch Weekly.
