Well the Next XBox is probably coming out by the end of 2013. The PS4 in 2014. And just 200? Good luck getting any of those consoles with just 200 dollars.

They say that the 720 will be out in Nov 2013 but I wouldn't buy it in the first weeks, at least 6 months later, it can have some problems like the 360 or PS3 back in the day.

I can't see either being announced next year, so I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't out until 2014 at the earliest.
The technology available at the moment is just not far along enough to make it worth putting out a new console. The technology is there, it's just not worth putting out a new console with said technology because it's just not affordable at the moment. The only reason Nintengod have put a console out recently is because the Wii was obsolete like 2 years post-release.
