I think so, it has all the elements to be one. Dance beat, sexy/girly lyrics, the "la-la's", the soft verses with a huge chorus, a flawless video, and the fact that it went number #1 on the Hot 100.

it's one of rihannas standout tracks imo. at first i really didn't like her vocal delivery cos i wasn't really used to her voice being so big and loud (no pun intended) but it eventually grew on me and now i can't imagine anyone singing it but her

The instrumental alone is pop perfection. Rihanna's vocals were also fantastic, some of the best she's delivered, especially on a non-ballad song. Crystal's writing on that song was also superb. It's infectious and anthemtic. I just find it to be perfect, really.
