This wasn't Rih Rih's best year, fashion-wise. Her Grammy's look slayed lives and had some major hits during the Battleship premieres, but other than that she's been pretty casual, street, and almost boyish in her style choices. I doubt that E! appreciates that kind of fashion.
But I mean, she's the most stylish pop star in the world, so....
