Millions of tax dollars are wasted in the "war against drugs" when a majority of the offenders are arrested for minor marijuana offenses. I say legalize and slap a nice tax on it. Plus, weed has never killed ANYONE.

Crime rates would go down, America's coffers would go up. It's a win-win in my book.
