The BET Awards last night were definately HOT!!! One of the best award shows in a while, and the best BET one in years! I loved it, great great hot performances!!
Beyonce & Kelly along with the others definately stole the show last night, they shut it down!!
Also gotta give props to Ciara who did an amazing performance as well working that stage.
What was up with 50 Cent?? That was soo weird... what a let down, I was look forward to a good performance from him.
I take back my comment about the BET awards being great. I completely forgot who hit the stage once the Beyonce/Kelly Rowland performance happened. Yeah, Beyonce copied the robot thing; so ****ing what. Michael Jackson did it before them all Kelly looked sexy as hell, but her vocals weren't all that great. I hope her CD will benefit from this performance. 50 Cent should never perform again. How the hell do you lip a rap song; how embarrassing? He needs to just stop. Oh, Ciara was OK nothing special. I thought she was great until I realized she barley sang And, after I reviewed the J.Hud and J.Holiday performance, I was severely disgusted by J.Holiday's hideous face expressions. I loved the tributes; I just don't understand why they chose Erykah BaWHO?
I swear J. Holiday still thinks she's on Broadway everytime she sings that song. Way too dramatic. Subtlety must not be something she knows. That grunt/growl thing she basically sang with the whole time only needs to be used to power up notes every now and again.
The mini-DC3 reunion (Plus Solange?) was the best part. Love when they all pop out at the end and dance to "Like This."
-50 Cent. LMFAO. the joke of the night. I loved when the dj was like "WTF? fitty!" and he was like "I'm trying to figure out the people..yeah", and when he rememeberd the second verse ,it was lipsynced. DUMBASS. People were this close to boo his ugly lame ass.
They said he had mic problems. yeah right. He made up for it on 106 & Park.
XNS, how could he have mic problems if he was walking around talking in the mic??? He felt stupid because he knew no one liked his lame ass song. thankfully he's going back to "pop" up the album because he is not a true rapper.
