No. Maybe her 5th. Those first 2 atrocious albums were not #1 material. This isn't either, IMO, but it's definitely a lot stronger than her first 2 albums. I don't really like it, but her fans adore it. So whatever. But Good Girl Gone Bad & Rated R are #1 albums that should have happened.
