Sigh.
She needs singles that get people interested in her. Die Young may be a hit, but it's ultimately uninspiring and won't cause people to want to actively buy 11 more songs by her. She's doing this to herself by only releasing hyper-safe singles.

Not that this really matters to the discussion at hand, but Animal opened so poorly internationally in its first week because it was released later in most areas. It came out a month later in the UK, four months later in Japan, etc. The release dates were staggered.
