I've connecting all these dots and I know she won't rush a thing, I doubt she will complete the album in 8 months a la Teenage Dream; but who knows.

2013 is 12 months long. She isn't releasing in January.

Also, she hasn't released a new album since 2010. She didn't rush.

So she's not even gonna take a year off to make an album, just throw an album together for next year?

She came out with her last album in 2010 so some time in 2013 would mean she technically had 3 years to work on new material

Artists can tour and record at the same time

She's probably going to release in the fall of 2013 so that's a solid year of her laying low.
