S&S debuted at #27 last week and this week it's at #16! Currently #8 on ITunes, it will go higher next week!

It's a little sad to me, though. "3" debuted with 255K sales at #1. We'll probably sell more than "3" and end up debuting in the low 10s.
But considering the new rules, it's an amazing debut, nonetheless. I just PRAY it's Top 10 for Christmas sales, besides the extra sales, we could also have a new peak on the Hot 100.

I believe 3 had really good airplay (probably because it was a Britney single). If streaming is decent and we sell north of 250k, then top 10 is on lock. Ne-Yo was #8 and he is decreasing on radio, and we can get a leverage on the difference in points with sales.
Madeon (some producer Gaga works with? IDK, the monsters are always talking about him) basically just credited Britney for starting the dubstep trend:

Do you listen to Kiss FM when you’re in the UK? They tend to speed everything up a bit anyway.
I’ve done an interview with them, they were very nice. Actually, have you noticed at the end of the ‘Hold It Against Me’ video, not only the tempo but the pitch changes for the end section? It makes it so much more exciting. Look at it! If you jump from the start to the last but you can tell it’s different.

It’s a VERY good trick. The French electro producer Sebastien did a song called Walkman, which starts at a walking tempo then gets progressively faster. The idea is that by the end of it you’re walking faster?
