Poll: Looks VS Personality?

Okay so when you looking for / considering a relationship what sort of weighting does looks / personality play in the equation.

For me hookups is about 90% looks, 10% Personality.

Relationships: 70% Looks, 20% Personality, 10% Money.

but i feel 10% more personality and 10% less looks is good too. but one must be attactted to the person in some way or form

You know I used to think looks were everything
But then I met someone who I thought was ugly at first
then I got to know him and he became extremely attractive to me
& then when I got over him I found him ugly again
Now that I'm not so unreceptive to him again I find him attractive but not like I did before.

Everyone concept is beauty is different. So that "nerd" can be extremely attractive to someone who isn't you. And in reality, a person with a better personality is prone to stay longer than someone with a good face.
