I haven't cried from watching a movie in a long while but when I was a kid it was The Lion King when Simba's father (Mufasa) died.
Also in Pokèmon The First Movie when ash got turned into stone when he intervened when Mew and Mewtwo were fighting, and everyone was crying including the Pokèmon.

The Help, Time Traveler's Wife, War Horse, Titanic, Breaking Dawn Part 2, Cinderella Story, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, Brother Bear, Captain America, Toy Story 3. There's more but I can't think of them
OMG, Hachi: A Dogs Tale was so depressing. I also cried when I first watched Marley & Me, The Help (when Viola's character was explaining her son's death and the ending), Precious, Weekend (only 'cause I'm so alone. ), An American Crime and The Hours.

When they're holding hands while almost getting burned on the furnace... CHHHHHH
Actually, the part that almost made me cry was at the end when Andy gives his toys to that little girl and starts to say nice things about each toy, specially Woody... God, I was trying not to cry
