Well, who knows? She might have followed Fendi for other reasons that what people think. Maybe they met personally? I don't think she'd have dug that deep into Nicki's history to know that just to be shady. She and everyone else in the industry are really too busy for that.
As for the picture thing, I don't know. She might have just found it funny. It's a questionable post, definitely, but... I don't know that it was truly malicious.
