idk the conversion rate but that seems about normal. i paid $40 for standing and if it was anymore, I would've paid more but personally I don't think she's that big a megastar, she has a niche market so she can't be waving around $100 fees like dat.

But still, if you have to cut your ticket sales in half, something must be wrong
this seems pretty standard to me. Australia is a new market for her. she's really only just become popular there. I'm happy they're priced at a point that gives people a chance to experience her. TBH I would never pay more than $100 to see an artist that I wasn't a huge fan of. Nicki and Kanye are the only two I would pay $130 to see.

Not necessarily. What a lot of people don't seem to understand is how businesses work. Businesses want to make a profit, so sometimes to entice more people to come to a show, they cut prices. They still make money, even more than they originally would at times.
People think discounts = bad sales because they have no idea about economics and how companies work.
