Ashley indicated they would chip in here and there, but Nicole was supposed to be the only one talking.
I do agree with you on the second part, it's widely known they were hired as employees of Interscope and not as actual artists. But I can understand she wanted more of an equal share because she felt like an artist, instead of hired help. Either way, she can't blame Nicole for that.
