Im sure the production was changed from kellys masquerade to nicki's. Dr Luke has talked before how he'll have different versions of the same song, Kojak said there were 3 different versions of Ke$ha's Blow beat.

This sounds stupid and hypocritical to say, but Masquerade is... too pop for Kelly.

Maybe it would've fit on AIEW.

Yeah, this is definitely true. Got scrapped and honestly I'm not sure that she ever even recorded a version.

Also, it was meant to be for AIEW to the person that mentioned Stronger. Her duet with Chris Daughtry (Temporary) ended up being recorded by Kara DioGuardi and Nick Lachey.

I know Masquerade was the original title for the All I Ever Wanted album. She changed it because of Carnival Ride, Circus, and Funhouse... But I hadn't heard anything about an actual song. Nice to know.


OWDWY was definitely for AIEW. Pretty sure that and MLWSWY were the 2 Dr. Luke tracks she recorded. Should have put both on the album, tbh.

Kelly doesn't have that fun in her voice unlike Ke$ha. It wouldn't have worked for her.
