Has a very dancey yet psychedelic world sound that I feel would of been pefect on Kala/Maya. I really like the lack of heavy dubstep and the samples on the original much more.

Jump is my favorite off Unapologetic, and M.I.A. is my favorite artist so I'm kinda conflicted about t it. I feel Rihanna did it justice, and I especially love the incorporation of Pony in Rihanna's version, but I still wish M.I.A. did her take.

I'm assuming she means from Rihanna's album.... she does a tribute to We Found Love sometimes, so I doubt it's shade. I suppose they were both approached at a similar time since they're both on the Roc Nation.

Hm. Maybe she could have replaced that nobody's verse with M.I.A. at the end, or it could have stayed with M's and had Rih with guest vocals. Been waiting for some type of collab ever since they joined management.

^ They kinda ruined it to be honest, the urban feeling is nicer on the original imo. It's still good because the original beat is so strong, but eh... I don't like the dubstep on the song they felt was necessary.

I hope she does a remix with M.I.A. So many of her other songs get awesome remixes so I hope it happens. Would be awesome promo for M.I.A.'s new album too. I wonder if M.I.A. passed on it or if Rihanna just was more hungry for the song. Matangi better be amazing if M.I.A. can let such awesome songs slip away.
