It's one's own decision to have plastic surgery therefore they shouldn't be ashamed. That said, too much plastic surgery can be a cause of concern. We all know the cat-lady.
If you are not happy with some parts of your body, you are free to adjust them, it's your choice, you only live once.
But of course, the jealous people will always try to bring you down for that.
Some plastic surgeries are necessary, take for exaple crooked nosed where one nostril is blocked? What about exessive skin after loosing like 200 pounds?
No. It annoys me when somebody gets obvious plastic surgery then refuses to speak about it. Like, if you got a nose job, just be like "I got a nose job because I hated my nose." then leave it at that. Don't do all this beating around the bush stuff, it's just stupid when we can clearly see you look different.
