I don't know. I feel like the GP gets it, but will "see through" it like they did with Jewel. As in, let me make a pop song to be commercial, but act like I'm being ironic lyrically so that I don't seem like a sellout. It's a bit condescending really.

Can't really compare it to Jewel, as she had already done the folk/alternative/electronica sound before doing a pop album, and 0304 was critically acclaimed for being a solid pop album, no irony involved.
