Ever since I started having struggles with faith and everything, the idea of there not being a God stayed on my mind, and I'm such a mess now and I always feel scared, thinking that everyone I love will die and I won't see them again afterwards kills me, I haven't been living normally, I can't smile from my heart because everytime I smile I have a flash-forward where I'm crying because I lost someone...

I (not always) feel like I'm living in the past, I feel like everything I do now is me in the future remembering the times where I had everyone around me, I sometimes feel like I'm not actually living but rather watching an old video tape of me and my family and it sucks...

I don't know what to do and I'm so scared of that idea.. Did you ever feel like this? Do you have an advice or anything???

I'm sorry, I've always been atheist so I cannot relate to you, but I really hope you eventually feel better .

2.) I stopped believing in God forever ago, so I have never had this problem. It sounds scary from the description, though.

Enough shameless promo. You should do some volunteering with kids or something. It really makes you happy. Thinking positive is the key. Stop wallowing in self pity and make a difference to yourself and someone else's life.

I haven't gone through this but it makes perfect sense. Religion helps give a lot of people purpose.
