What sorta man attending 'anger management' classes tells an abusive woman to 'suck a dick hoe' on twitter...?
That's a lack of self-control right there.

But like you don't even know him from a can of paint Your opinion on the matter is pretty much irrelevant due to that.

I'm sure in these anger management classes, they give guidance on how to deal with people provoking you as that's what obviously led to his altercation with Rihanna.
He hasn't taken much from it if he can speak so disgustingly in a public forum. He knew the repercussions but disregarded them anyway.

You can not definitively say whether or not someone has changed or really anything about them personally if you haven't even met the person or know them on a personal level outside of what you read on blogs

That's true, but I think we can clearly see that he has anger issues.
He knows full well that everyone is waiting, wanting him to screw up again so they can publicly vilify him. And still he falls in to the trap and reacts to her. The smart thing to do would be to ignore her and look vastly more mature for it. Instead he lashes out and looks stupid. That wasn't a telling off...that was a rant.
