The One X is the successor to the Sensation.

The One X and the Sensation are this year and last year's HTC flagships respectively. The XL is just an update to the Sensation.

So u guys think htc one is better?
It has bigger memor, its ice cream sandwitch...

Of course it's better. It's like asking which one is the best between a Galaxy S2 and a Galaxy S3, or an Iphone 4S and an Iphone 5

If you must go with HTC (bleh), and out of those two (bleh), the obvious choice is the One X.

Why would you get any of them? If you're getting an android device it's smart to get a Nexus one. It's pure android and isn't a skin like HTC or Samsung.

Plus your device will be supported to the newest OS. Unlike HTC and Samsung. It's also cheaper and built with better quality.

They'll get announced in February (Sony/Htc and Samsung's new flagship phones). You'll have to be patient.
