If you're argument is true, Rih should have had her 1st number 1 back in 2020 with LOUD.
So this is actually moot.
What really helps her get this (if ever) is the other side she portrayed the public this era.
Releasing Diamonds is one of the smartest career move she ever done.
Singing Stay in SNL also helps too, it just shocase the whole vibe of the album, and the GP are giving it a try.
