Britney doesn't need a radio deal to go #1 like some artists.
All she needs is big debut sales. And every lead single keeps having bigger sales than the last.

Not really. Bieber got big numbers yet he couldn't debut at the top of the chart.

False. Bieber sold almost 100k more than HIAM and didn't get #1

It's impossible now.
If Billboard doesn't change nowadays rule, Katy's Part Of Me is and will be the last #1 debut single.
