Wal-Mart, hands down. Admittedly, Wal-Mart is deteriorating. Prices aren't as good as they used to be. Quality is really dwindling, and out of dates are increasing. Wal-Mart is more convenient, and larger (here, anyway) than Target, so that's why it gets my vote. There is a super Target, however being built. Maybe my vote will change...
