So,I don't think anyone on here is necessarily a big brawn bully stealing all the lunch money,but I'm wondering,have any of you guys bullied other people? If so,do you regret it now? Have you ever been bullied? What are your general thoughts about bullying and do you think its a problem we need to address more openly instead of saying we're taking care of it and then nothing happens? Do you think it gets too much press and we need to shut up about it?

i picked on people when i was in the 1st grade but that was it...

I've never bullied anyone and I was bullied throughout elementary, middle, and high school. It really works me up even now.

I think it depends on the situation. Most of them should just grow some balls and stand up for themselves. But then there could be the type of bullying where they take it to another level. It really depends.

Almost all the gurls on here bully other members. Closest I ever do to bullying is playful banter.

I have been bullied before, and wasn't fun. Didn't inspire me to go bullying myself, but it taught me how damaging to your self-esteem it can be.

I think it is something that should be addressed (it already is, but y'know...keep it up.) I don't necessarily think it gets too much press. (inb4 "it distracts people from my fave so yes too much press")

But yah, my thoughts.

Everyone has bullied someone at some point. Even some of the ones who are bullied are guilty of harassing the "left overs", so to speak.

Bullying is something that I don't think can be eliminated or contained.

Bullied in Elementary. Gave me a back bone. That and my douche of a dad.

I started being bullied when I was 11 and it continued until I graduated High School. I was bullied verbally by both boys and girls and towards the end it turned into physical bullying by the boys when they would grab at me when I was walking in the hallways or hit or kick me in the back. Everybody saw it happening but nobody ever helped me, they just ignored it. I became depressed about it but luckily I made it out of High School and it's okay now, people don't really bully outside of High School and if they do people look at them like they're crazy. I don't think people do enough about it though, there's a nonchalant attitude of "it's something everyone goes through" or "words cannot hurt you" and that isn't true. It shouldn't be something we just put up with.

The thing about bullying is that you don't even realize you're doing it sometimes until it's too late.

Never been bullied, but I would be lying if I said I haven't bullied someone else (although I didn't quite mean it if that makes sense )

I bullied someone once in the 2nd grade, but that was back when I didn't know any better. I paid for it by writing a sorry letter to the girl


Tbh, my experience through high school, I've never encountered bullying, none of my friends have, I've never seen it happen at my school, at least when I was looking.

I talk about people behind their backs, is that considered bullying?
