Britney Spears has four solo #1s on Billboard Hot 100. All of them being lead singles, three of them stayed at the top of the chart only for one week. Their debut week. So, now that Billboard has changed its rules.

HIAM broke records without a radio deal. BTW, You da One, Bieber, and GMAYL all had radio deals. She doesn't really need one.
