As long as she doesn't make an oopsy and offend the public to the point of career suicide then I don't think she should stop dressing crazy. "Lady Gaga" is not "Lady Gaga" without being crazy.

It's become Gaga's signature, as long as she keeps coming up with something new (not mortifying like the BTW horns
) and the music is good, I agree that she'll continue be okay with the public.

The only reason it's REALLY winning is because the sound is a lot more fresh and produced very well like BTW (album) should have been, I wouldn't be surprised if people still saw it as the better album later down the line.
It's a mediocre album overall.
