I like her acting, but she needs to pick better roles overall. She's very eloquent and seems smart. I don't get it sometimes with the movies she chooses to do.
Anne should get it, we all know it's not all about the actual acting but the campaign, specially through out the year (Sandra Bullock anyone?) she has the HUGE commercial backing with TDK and now this can be considered her "serious" role. The Academy loves her, she already has a Best Actress nomination, she hosted the awards as well, and she's up for Best Supporting Actress not Lead Actress. She's at a good age (30), a beloved sweetheart and she's been around for a while (a little over 10 years), she has everything going for her.
Oh yeah, home girl is also singing and she shaved her head off, they love that ****.
