No it's not looool. It's a real study it's not really a machine rather a test study that test the songs to see whether or not they will become hits or not. The "machine" is not end all be all, which is why it isn't always used. Just like Labels test out singles with private testers who are supposed to represent how well the music does on the radio. Just because Gaga had the "lead" single ready doesn't mean that she didn't decide later on to make ANOTHER song and call that one the lead either. Besides she's said it plenty of times that she's not finished with the album as a whole yet. They are still in the finalizing stages, calm your ****.
