Re-releases in the past never had this problem. Damn,the music industry is in DECAY.

As streaming and digital sales continue to increase, re-releases and greatest hits will be a problem.
Now you can pick which songs you want individually.

Only artist from past generations that still tour can sell GH's (Guns and roses) like the past.

It's going to be harder and harder for newer generations to just re-release or put out Ghs.
I think the optimal time to do this was in the mid 00s as sales were dropping it increased sales
-Jessica Simpson, Beyonce, Mariah, 50 cent, Usher, RIhanna, Chris Brown,JLO, Taylor etc.

She should have released it as the mix tape she said she was gonna release. Instead her greedy ass chose to sell it.

1. She is in the studio, recently with Bangladesh and she said numerous times she doesn't want to rush and will wait until the time is right to reveal her new music (not those random crap songs). And Missy hinted that she has a track with Kim and Eve.

2. She did go on her tour, which got positive reviews. She brought out guests like Missy, Eve, Da Brat, Lady of Rage, Salt & Peppa, etc. For someone "irrelevant" that is.

3. As with other stuff, she is having a new Behind the Music soon and supposedly a new reality show in talks or works.

2. Positive reviews...that's good. how were those ARENAs? What's the boxscore for attendance? She brought out 90s female rappers. I know that.

LOL why are you reaching? Kim did her tours in venues where it was appropriate for her current situation. You know arenas aren't appropriate so you didn't need to repeatedly ask that question. Not to mention, she didn't care about anything but entertaining her fans. She brought out her fellow rappers because they are not only her friends but because she wanted to give the audience some good music.

And I never said the behind the scenes was going to uplift Kim's career, it's not all about that. If you know anything about Kim, is that she never likes to open about painful situations so this special will be about her physical and mental abuse, her plastic surgery, her career, her troubles, etc. And it was TV One who hinted at it and Kim's last reality show was pretty much a hit so I don't know why are you reaching in favor of Eve and Missy like you putting them on some pedestal.

No, she put her career and credibility on the line for money and more mainstream access. She wanted the quick dollars and took the easy dance, pop route to acheive it. She may have benefited now from some of her pop success but it has hurt her career and no matter how many rap songs she releases things still wont be like they were before. Nicki and her stans will just have to learn to accept the truth. Simple as that.

Nicki Minaj is STILL a huge artist. WalMart and Target sell albums from the most irrelevant artists. If they can do that, they can CERTAINLY afford to stock up on at least a few copies of TRU. So clearly that isn't the reason why.

And like I said, they replace copies. They don't wait for the original album to be completely sold out before ordering re-releases.

I disagree. She can get it back if she works hard. She can't just release good music, she has to release music that impresses people again, like she did back then.

But Roman Reloaded wasn't a re-release it was a totally brand new album, do you see any songs from Pink Friday on there? oh.
