I find it hard to imagine Miley sitting at home on Twitter getting ready to tweet an announcement at exactly 11:23PM, especially considering it's her birthday, and it's a Friday night. She's probably out doing front page TMZ-worthy activities. Hopefully if she is, there's no one with a camera within 100 feet of her.

I wouldn't say it's her best (they all are ) but every track is solid. And yas @ the Start All Over stanning, such an underrated single.
And yes, I have thirst for a new Backyard Sessions. I wonder if it really is so difficult for her/whoever runs her YouTube to take 10 minutes and upload a video. It's been over a month since we got the last one. A mess.
