I don't think Ciara should be tiptoeing around anymore, She already had 3 bad era's in pop, now is not the time for a smooth transition. It worked for Usher in 2010, but now EDM is the standard so that omg type pop won't make waves.

Last time EYE checked, Got Me Good came out in 2012. Queen Ciara can release whatever she wants; you will talk about it and like it either way.
Why would she release a song like Sorry, and then release an EDM song? That confuses the audience. It's DUMB. I like how you talk about Overdose like you've heard the whole thing, even though you haven't.
