As a Xtina stan, I stopped caring about her sales long time ago, because she doesn't care anymore. She's just making music for the sake of music. She doesn't need to release an album every twelve months like others in order to stay relevant. She's Christina Aguilera and she'll go down in history as one of the, if not, the voice of our generation.

ATRL can drag her all they want for her sales and under-performing singles, but that will never change the fact that she's better than the current popstars. Even in her worst, as Britney would say: "She has more talent in her pinky that all of them combined". Her stans should not care about her sales, just enjoy her amazing music, because with 100K or even 1K, she's still gonna be here a long time.

Most artists start to decline after about three major albums. So many people actually have their downfall before that too actually. So not seeing whats so unusual about that. Christina may have taken longer with hers but obviously that has helped, because it made her seem like she was more succesful longer.

I disagree about your body being that commercial. What is in right is 4/4 dance and that song is a bit too slow, with a more plodding beat seem people even labeled r and b/ish. If the first single was let there be love then you might be right, but if wasnt.
