She'll release a track that samples a song from the 80s. Then ne-yo will write her a heart wrenching ballad that she will release as her second single. She'll collaborate with Sean Paul on a reggae number but it won't get a video and then she'll flop horribly with the last single "We Roll"

It's normal for an artist to want to release a new album after they're done with their old one.

in the US she is having trouble, so I guess they go for a reworked concept, which they can release as stand-alone release in the US and as a possible re-release EP international.

and don't forget that Rita is surrounded around some of the same mentors as Rihanna in the beginning of her career, I bet it has more to do with those people giving that menthality through in their business views
